Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia Konstantine Sabiashvili met with the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan Dovletgeldi Rejepov
On March 23 of this year, the meeting of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia, Konstantine Sabiashvili, with the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan, Dovletgeldi Rejepov, was held.
At the meeting, Ambassador spoke in detail about the steps taken by the Government of Georgia in terms of economic stability, the reforms carried out and the ongoing infrastructure projects of regional and international importance.
The Chairman of the Chamber noted that the members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan are state institutions of Turkmenistan, leading ministries and departments, as well as banks, private companies, individual entrepreneurs and representatives of foreign companies.
During the conversation an important place was devoted to the activation of Georgia-Turkmenistan business ties, establishing contacts between the business communities of the two countries, the possibilities of developing trade and economic cooperation and increasing the turnover of goods and discussing the issues of organizing a meeting of business representatives for this purpose.
Parties agreed to actively cooperate in this direction.
