On May 7, 2026, the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, Mariam Kvrivishvili, met with the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Nokerguly Atagulyyev.

 

At the meeting, held as part of an official visit to Turkmenistan, the parties discussed opportunities for deepening economic cooperation between the two countries.

 

Emphasis was placed on the significant role of foreign trade in bilateral relations, as well as regional initiatives being implemented with the active participation of Georgia and Turkmenistan.
